Camping with the family

We went camping this weekend and had a great time! Garrett enjoyed some kite flying, fishing, marshmallow toasting and general quality time with Mom and Dad. Here we are having a snuggle for the camera!

Garrett's first day of Kindergarten!

Yeah I know... slow start. I'll get the hang of it soon. Anyway, this morning marked a big event in my son's life. Garrett started Kindergarten. As I write this he is probably sitting in class learning all sorts of new things. I'm anxiously awaiting his return home...hope he has a great day!

Welcome to Hedgie's Lives!

That's right folks. I've decided to give in to my hidden inner-geek and start a blog...yippee! I'll be posting about things I like and dislike, shows and music I follow, Podcasts I listen to and anything else I want to talk about because...well... it's my blog!

I named this thing Hedgie's Lives for a reason. No, I don't have a multiple personality or anything like that. I am a member of an online community know as Second Life. I've met a lot of great people there and it's sparked some creative juices inside me I didn't know I had...very cool! So, I'll be reporting on my Second Life (SL for short) as well.
